Three-Year Landscape Warranty
Red Oak Landscaping hand selects only the best locally grown trees, shrubs, and perennials for your landscape and prepares all landscape areas with Nature Wise Compost.
Consequently, Red Oak Landscaping provides an industry leading
three-year plant guarantee.
All trees, shrubs, and perennials purchased from and planted by Red Oak Landscaping are guaranteed to the original purchaser for a full three-year period from installation date.
Red Oak Landscaping will replace any plant that does not survive the three-year period one time.
The three-year guarantee does not cover care neglect (including but not limited to under watering, over watering, or mechanical damage) or damage caused by abnormal weather conditions, chemicals, animals, fire, flood, tornado, vandalism, theft, or other factors beyond our control.
Ten-Year Hardscape Warranty
All hardscaping (masonry and paver patios, masonry and segmental seating and retaining walls, fire pits, and fireplaces) purchased from and constructed by Red Oak Landscaping are guaranteed for a full ten-year period from installation date to the original purchaser. The ten-year guarantee covers performance of hardscaping to remain stable and level (within one inch of original construction) and maintain shape of original construction. Red Oak Landscaping will repair or replace at its discretion hardscaping that does not meet this standard during the warranty period.
The ten-year guarantee does not cover damage caused by change in grading or drainage after original construction. The ten-year warranty also does not cover accidental damage, mechanical damage, damage caused by abnormal weather conditions, chemicals, animals, fire, flood, tornado, vandalism, theft, or other factors beyond our control. The ten-year warranty is void if modifications are made to the hardscaping by anyone other than Red Oak Landscaping or if hardscaping is used in a way not intended by original construction.
Certain hardscaping components (appliances, burners, pumps) are not covered by the ten-year warranty and are instead covered by separate manufacture's warranty.
